Not your average guy really. Don't drink beer. Not interested in sports. I dig music, play a couple of instruments. I workout regularly but I'm a bit of a foodie so I still have a little stomach on me. My life is kind of off and on because of my work situation. I'll explain. I work for the local plumbing union which means sometimes I work so much I don't have time to breath and other times I'm sitting around waiting for a project for weeks at a time. I'm really just checking out the website at the moment but if someone really wants to meet me that's cool. I'm down for just about anything that doesn't require going to a bar, because I just don't do that. Anyway that's a decent start.

I like the whole boring getting to know you kind of date to kick things off. Preferably someplace where we can talk without everyone in town being in on the conversation. Maybe a park or the beach...or zoo? Restaurants just aren't private enough for me to comfortably talk about myself and like I said before I don't do bars.

Look I'm not a spring chicken and I've spent my young life handling most of the things I wanted to try. I would like to travel more but it's a neat trick to have both the money and time needed to make that happen.

I'd like to get myself some land so I have someplace nice to retire to. Do some cattle ranching, which I do now on the side, plant fruit trees. You know, the quiet life.

So I don't do the bar scene, or dance clubs either, which I guess is why I've spent most of my life alone. Yes, I live with my mother. She asked me to move in after her fiance died a while back. Plus living alone is just depressing. If I met someone with whom I thought a real relationship was possible I would be happy to have a conversation about moving out. Like all guys I want a cute woman in my life, but the most important things are trust and faithfulness.
