I am into cycling both road and mountain biking have run the odd marathon well 7 actually. I have a mad English Springer Spaniel and find taking him for long walks in the countryside or in the Welsh hils very relaxing and peaceful shame I have to do all this on my own. If you fancy joing me for a bike ride or a walk with a mad dog then look me up.
