To fully realise the objectives of the new job in a new industry that I've set myself. To enjoy my job as much in 30 years time as I do now. I don't look for anything specific. I do have an appreciation for various facets of the female form, but beauty can be marred by character flaws, which usually only surface much later into the 'friendship.' I do believe myself to be more inclined to go on feeling than appearance. Having said that, good grooming, impeccable hygiene, class(which can't be bred) and ettiquette do factor into my considerations and then kindness, generosity, good humour, intelligence, aswell as sensual femininity are also important.
